There is no standing public voucher code on our platform, and this page will never print one. Every ECLBET voucher code is issued to a member through a designated promotion: a campaign, a giveaway, a selected event or an angpao drop inside ChitChat. Once you hold a code, you redeem it yourself in the Voucher (Promo Code) panel of your account and press Submit.
So the useful question is not where to copy a code from. It is how codes are handed out, and what has to be in order on your account before one will go through. Two things decide that: your verified phone and email, and the name on your profile.
Codes travel with promotions, not with search results. Members receive a voucher or coupon code by taking part in selected promotions and events, and then redeem it on the platform. Supply is therefore tied to activity rather than to a published code list, which is also why a code posted on a third-party page was not issued to you and is not one to rely on.
In practice there are two routes:
Because the deposit side of your account also produces rewards automatically, a voucher is an extra: it sits alongside the daily cash rebate and the VIP benefits you build up by playing across our casino lobby, and it does not replace either of them.

Free angpao vouchers handed out in ChitChat.
In practice
Only verified members can take one, the drops happen in set sessions at fixed times over the days of the campaign, each session has a limited number of angpao per country and they go first come, first served. The Malaysian angpao in the campaign we ran was a RM150 voucher and carried 10x turnover of the voucher value before the balance could be withdrawn.
Those are the mechanics to plan around. Verification is the part you can do today, because a session that lasts a few minutes is no time to be adding a phone number and waiting for a code.
ChitChat has its own posted rules, and breaking them can cost you access to the room where the drops happen. What gets removed: no spam or shouting in capitals, no harassment, no personal information, no alternate accounts, no scams, no advertising or trading, no link shorteners, no sharing of codes, scripts or bots, and no politics or religion. Keep to the channel’s language and you will be fine.
Two account conditions sit in front of the Voucher panel, and both are easy to satisfy in advance.
First, your email and your phone number must both be verified in your account settings. A verified number pays off twice, because password reset by SMS or WhatsApp only works for a number already verified on the account.
Second, and this is the one to settle first: redeeming a voucher locks your registered name. After that it cannot be edited. Our cashier requires deposits and withdrawals to use bank accounts in the registered name, and a third-party or mismatched account may be rejected, so a nickname or a shortened name turns into a problem at the moment you try to take a win out. Set your name exactly as it appears on your IC first, then redeem.
The Voucher panel is only usable while you are logged in, so start there.
The Voucher panel, your verification status and your registered name all live behind the login, so everything here happens once you are signed in.

Four causes cover a failed redemption, and your own account shows which one applies.
Verification is the first suspect. If either your email or your phone is still unverified, the panel has no way to confirm the account is eligible, so finish both and try again.
Next, the code itself may be spent. Codes are issued per promotion, and a promotion has an end date printed on its card; a code that belongs to a finished campaign no longer works. Angpao codes add a second ceiling, because each session holds a limited number for each country and they run out.
The fourth case is not a rejection at all. If a voucher you already redeemed still has turnover running, the balance is in play and the promotion stays open in your history until that turnover is met. When none of this explains it, Live Chat is staffed 24/7 and can look at the account directly.
The other thing the deposit side hands you is not a code but a ticket. You earn one ticket for every RM500 deposited in a single day. Smaller deposits do not add up to RM500, and the day does not carry over to the next one, so a RM300 deposit today plus RM300 tomorrow earns nothing while a single RM500 deposit earns one ticket. The Ticket Center shows how your deposits counted.
Tickets never expire and you can hold up to 200 per account. Each one is spent entering either a Prediction round or a Number Game draw, which is where the large pools sit: our prediction events have carried pools reaching USD 250,000, and the Number Game runs a daily draw at 23:30 with a rolling Grand Jackpot.

These are two different doors, and a new member looking for a promo code may in fact want the first-deposit offer.
The 120% welcome deposit bonus is not a code. You select it on the deposit form itself, with a minimum deposit of RM100, and it is credited automatically once the deposit is approved. The bonus is capped at RM150, it cannot be combined with any other promotion, and it is not available on ATM or CDM deposits or on crypto deposits. The condition to read before choosing it is the welcome bonus rollover: deposit plus bonus multiplied by 22, so a RM100 deposit with its RM120 bonus needs RM4,840 of bets.
A voucher works the other way round. It arrives as a code from a promotion you took part in, it is redeemed inside the member area rather than at the cashier, and it carries whatever turnover its own promotion sets.
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Where to redeem | Voucher (Promo Code) panel in the member menu, then Submit |
| Who can redeem | Members with a verified phone number and a verified email |
| Name rule | Redeeming locks your registered name; it must match your bank account |
| Where codes come from | Designated promotions, campaigns, giveaways and ChitChat angpao drops |
| ChitChat angpao turnover | 10x the voucher value |
| Tickets earned | 1 ticket per RM500 deposited in a single day, no carry-over |

Verification and the name on your profile are the only parts of this list you control in advance, and they are the only parts that cannot be fixed later. Settle both while nothing is at stake, and redeeming a code or withdrawing a win needs no support ticket.
