This policy explains two separate things in plain language: what happens to information on this website, and what ECLBET does with the details you provide when you open and use an account on the platform. The two are not the same. This website is an information resource about the service in Malaysia, while your account, your money and your documents live on the platform itself.
No account is created here. There is no registration form, no cashier, no wallet and no way to place a bet on these pages. You can read everything on this website without giving us your name, your phone number or your email address.
Links that take you to the platform run through our /visit path. Following one moves you to the live platform, where its own rules and this policy’s platform sections apply.
Like most websites, ours runs on a web server that keeps standard technical records of requests, such as the pages requested, the time of the request, the browser and device type, and the network address the request came from. In general, records of this kind exist so that a site can be served correctly, so that faults and abuse can be identified, and so that traffic can be measured in aggregate. We use them for those purposes only.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for basic function, such as remembering a display preference between pages. Others support aggregate measurement: how many people read a page, which pages they arrive on, and whether a link works as intended. Measurement of that kind looks at patterns across visitors, not at individuals by name.
Your browser controls cookies. You can block them, delete them, or ask to be warned before one is set. Blocking them will not lock you out of anything on this website, because there is nothing here to log in to. Clearing your browser cache and cookies is also the step we suggest when a login on the platform behaves oddly.
We do not sell information gathered from this website, and we do not pass it to anyone to use for their own marketing.
Registration starts with an email address and a verification code, then asks for the remaining details. What you enter must be accurate, because the same details are later used to check identity and to match payments. The account is personal: one account per person, and multiple accounts belonging to the same person may be suspended.
The information involved in holding an account includes:
Verify your phone and email early rather than at the moment you need them. Password reset by SMS or WhatsApp only works for a number already verified in your settings, which is what stops someone adding a fresh number and resetting your password through it. Voucher redemption also requires both a verified email and a verified phone, and once you redeem a voucher the registered name is locked, so enter the full name shown on your IC from the start.
Play is for adults: 18 or older, or the higher age of majority where you live. Our terms also place the duty on you to check that your local law allows you to play, and our guidance on responsible play covers age rules, limits and self-exclusion.
We may request identity documents at any point while the account is open, and a notarised or certified identity document may be required before a win is paid. These checks sit inside our know your customer policy, which covers verification of identity, address and age along with continuous monitoring, and our anti money laundering and counter terrorist financing policy.
Payments are tied to the same identity. Deposits and withdrawals must use bank accounts in the registered name, and transactions in somebody else’s name may be rejected. You can hold several bank accounts on the account as long as every one of them is in your name. Deposit and withdrawal methods are only shown after you log in.
The information above lets us run the account you asked for: credit approved deposits, release withdrawals, calculate rebates and achievement bonuses, apply your VIP tier, send notices to your Inbox, and answer you on Live Chat. It also lets us verify age and identity, detect fraud, collusion and duplicate accounts, and meet the obligations in our KYC and AML policies.
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties.
Your password and username are yours to protect. Only one login session runs at a time, so signing in on a desktop ends the session on your phone, and the reverse. If a session appears that you did not start, change your password and raise it with Live Chat.
Install the mobile app only from the download button inside the platform. As a general rule with sideloaded files, an installer from an unofficial source can imitate a familiar login screen closely enough to collect credentials. The About Us section of the platform lists our official web addresses, and bookmarking one of them is the simplest protection against look-alike pages.
Most account details can be corrected by talking to Live Chat, which runs 24 hours a day. Two exceptions stay fixed: the username is fixed once the account exists, and the registered name is fixed once a voucher has been redeemed.
If you want the account closed, or you want to exclude yourself from play, tell us through Live Chat and the request goes to the operator’s complaints desk, which also handles complaints. An account with no login for 12 consecutive months may be closed under our terms. Our pages on the main site explain how the account, wallet and verification steps fit together if you want the practical detail first.
We update this policy when the service or our practices change, and the current version always sits on this page. For any question about your details, your documents or a transaction on your account, the direct route is Live Chat inside the platform.
