Responsible gaming at ECLBET

Betting should stay a form of entertainment you pay for, like any other. It stops being that when the money at stake is money you needed, or when the time spent playing starts crowding out the rest of your life. This page sets out our age rule, the account rules that protect you, what we can do when you want to stop or slow down, and where to find independent help.

Who is allowed to open an account

You must be at least 18 to register, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher. Age is verified at registration, and we may ask for identity documents at any time, including a certified or notarised document before a significant win is paid. If an account turns out to belong to someone under age, it is void and so is the play on it.

Gambling rules differ from one country and state to another. Our terms place the responsibility on you to confirm that playing from your location is permitted before you deposit.

Set your budget before you deposit

Decide the amount you can afford to lose before you open the cashier, not after a losing session. The minimum per deposit is RM100, and once credits are transferred into a game club they are at risk. Every game on our platform is played with real money, so there is no practice balance inside the account to fall back on.

Two habits help more than anything else. First, never deposit to recover a loss; the previous session is finished, and chasing it is how a planned spend turns into an unplanned one. Second, take breaks on a schedule rather than when you feel like it, because fatigue is what makes stakes drift upward.

Treat bonus turnover as a commitment to keep betting

A bonus is not free money sitting in your wallet. It is an agreement to wager a defined volume. Our 120% welcome bonus requires the deposit plus the bonus to be turned over 22 times, so a RM100 deposit with a RM120 bonus means RM4,840 of real bets before a withdrawal. Rebates, birthday bonuses, event prizes and achievement bonuses each carry 1x turnover. Under the casino rebate terms, the bonus and anything won from it are forfeited if that rollover is not completed within 30 days of the credit.

If that amount of betting is more than you planned to do, decline the bonus on the deposit form and play with your own balance. That choice is always available, and it keeps your spending under your own control rather than under a turnover target.

Keep the account yours alone

One person may hold one account, and duplicate accounts can be suspended. Only one session can be open at a time, so logging in on a phone signs you out on a desktop. Deposits and withdrawals must use bank accounts in your own registered name.

Do not share your password, and verify your phone number and email in the account settings so that a password reset reaches you and nobody else. If you want to understand what information we hold and why, see how data is handled. An account with no login for 12 consecutive months may be closed and its balance forfeited, so if you intend to step away for a long period, tell us first.

Taking a break or closing your account

Our Live Chat is staffed 24 hours a day, every day, and it is the right place to start any conversation about limiting or stopping your play. Self-exclusion requests and complaints are handled by the operator’s complaints desk, which you can reach through Live Chat or by support email. A phone line is also open from 12 pm to 10 pm.

When you contact us, say plainly what you want: a break, a closure, self-exclusion, or help understanding your own deposit history. Transaction and betting records are available under History, and a month of them read side by side shows whether play is still within budget.

Signs that play is no longer under control

  • Betting with money set aside for rent, bills, food or family.
  • Borrowing, selling possessions or using credit to fund deposits.
  • Hiding how much you play, or how much you have lost, from people close to you.
  • Increasing stakes to recover losses rather than for entertainment.
  • Losing sleep, missing work or withdrawing from people because of betting.
  • Feeling irritable, anxious or low when you are not playing.

If several of these sound familiar, treat it as a reason to stop depositing now and talk to someone.

Where to get independent help

Support is free and confidential. Gamblers Anonymous runs peer support groups and publishes self-assessment questions used by people trying to judge their own gambling. GamCare publishes general guidance on recognising gambling harm and on supporting a family member who is affected. Speaking to a doctor, a counsellor or someone you trust is also a reasonable first step, and telling one person can make the next step easier.

Who operates and licenses ECLBET

ECLBET is operated by TF Global Group Ltd (registered in the British Virgin Islands) and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-042402002-FI4. The verification seal in the platform footer links to the regulator’s own check. Our terms also include know your customer, anti money laundering and counter terrorist financing policies, an underage gaming policy and a responsible gaming policy, which is why identity checks and name matching on payments exist in the first place.
