This page is the SGD version of the rulebook: what you can deposit with, what the 120% welcome costs in turnover, how much rebate a day of betting pays, and what each VIP tier allows you to withdraw.
Every market has its own wallet and its own currency, so the first thing to get right is the Region switch at the top of the lobby. Pick Singapore and the whole cashier changes to SGD: deposit methods, minimums, bonus caps and withdrawal limits. Accounts are not mixed between servers, which is why the choice matters before you register rather than after.

Registration starts with your email address and a verification code sent to it, then the remaining details. Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your ID, because that name is what the withdrawal check compares against your bank account. Deposits are usually approved within 5 minutes, and Approved in History means the money is already in your Main Wallet. From there you transfer credit into the game club you want to play. We take no deposit fee ourselves, although your own bank may charge for a transfer. While a deposit is still pending you cannot start a second one, so give the first one its few minutes before trying again.
New members get 120% on the first deposit only. The minimum qualifying deposit is SGD100 and the bonus stops at SGD150, so the headline percentage holds up to a deposit of SGD125 and shrinks above it. Select the 120% option on the deposit form, because the bonus is applied to that deposit and credited automatically once it is approved.
The cost of the offer is the turnover. Deposit plus bonus has to be wagered 22 times before you withdraw:
That last line is the one to read twice. Above SGD125 the bonus is fixed, but the rollover keeps counting your whole deposit, so a large first deposit buys a much heavier requirement. If you want the welcome, a modest first deposit keeps the requirement light, and later deposits can go in without it. Three conditions decide whether you qualify at all. The welcome cannot be combined with any other promotion. It is not available on ATM or CDM deposits, nor on crypto. And it can only be claimed from a Malaysia or Singapore IP address, once per name and IP.
Deposits from SGD100 and the 120% welcome sit on the same cashier screen once your account is open.
Every active member earns cash rebate on real bets, with no maximum. Live casino pays from 0.35% at Normal up to 0.70% at Platinum, sportsbook from 0.40% to 0.80%, and slots from 0.60% to 1.00%. The calculation is simple: your total real bets for the day, minus excluded games, multiplied by your tier percentage.
A betting day runs from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT+8), and the rebate lands in your Main Wallet after 3:00 pm (GMT+8) the following day. It carries 1x turnover before withdrawal, so one round of betting clears it.
The floor is SGD5 per category. For a Normal member that means SGD900 of slots bets, SGD1,250 on sportsbook or SGD1,500 in live casino within the same day; below that, nothing pays out for that category and the day does not roll forward. Several game types are excluded from the count altogether: blackjack, 3 Picture, casino hold’em and poker, fish games, the Number Game, keno on sportsbook, and virtual sports. Your tier is set by total deposits since registration, upgrades are automatic from the next day, and every tier above Normal is held for life. The upgrade bonus is credited the next day from 2 AM and carries no turnover at all, so it can be withdrawn immediately. The birthday bonus needs 1x turnover and must be claimed within 15 days either side of your birthday.

Channels follow the tier as well. Normal, Bronze and Silver withdraw to Singapore bank accounts or crypto, while Gold and Platinum can also use Malaysia, Cambodia and Vietnam bank accounts. A pending withdrawal shows a countdown with its estimated completion, and you can cancel it with Cancel Transaction as long as processing has not started.
Two further ceilings to note now rather than later. Any active bonus rollover must be finished before a withdrawal goes through. And net winnings per account are capped by tier, from SGD1,000,000 at Normal up to SGD10,000,000 at Platinum.
Sportsbook on the SG server runs on CMD368 Sports, with live betting and virtual sports alongside the pre-match markets. Football, basketball, tennis, horse racing and boxing are all in the book, and sports bets are usually settled within 60 minutes after a match finishes, depending on the provider.
